Bio:

My law office is dedicated to helping people that struggle with debt.  I have over 25 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law in North Carolina. Since 1997, I have worked as a creditor's attorney, debtor's attorney, and trustee's attorney; therefore, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of consumer bankruptcy cases from all perspectives. For the past 20 years, I have been a frequent speaker and instructor on Chapter 13 bankruptcy at events like the North Carolina Bar Association Bankruptcy Institute and Middle District Bankruptcy Seminar. I am skilled in legal analysis, financial analysis, and business analysis relevant to bankruptcy cases. I received my law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and my undergraduate degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
