My law office is dedicated to helping people that struggle with debt. I started my career as a collection attorney, where I gained an extensive knowledge of the broad tactics available to debt collectors. I now use that knowledge to help individuals get out of debt and fight back against collection abuses.
I completed my undergraduate degree in 2001 at The University of Tennessee Knoxville and my law degree in 2005 from The University of Memphis School of Law. During law school, I was an Extern to Honorable William H. Brown (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee.
Practice limited to consumer and business debtor bankruptcy law, 2005 to present.
