Erik Martin has practiced bankruptcy and consumer protection law since 1992, bringing more than three decades of focused experience to the aid of individuals facing financial challenges. Drawing on this background, he works closely with clients to navigate complex legal issues that often arise when dealing with lenders and debt collectors. Erik maintains his vigilance in helping consumers with mortgage servicing violations, predatory lending practices, and a wide range of other federal and state law violations that can jeopardize a family’s home or financial stability. He is committed to standing up to abusive or unlawful conduct by financial institutions and uses his knowledge of both bankruptcy and consumer protection statutes to pursue relief and accountability. Through this work, Erik strives to protect consumers’ rights, preserve their assets, and give them a clearer path toward long-term financial recovery.
