Bio:

Ryan Srnik (sir-nick) is an attorney based out of our Raleigh office. Ryan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduating college from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, Ryan moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he attended and graduated with a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. While at Campbell University School of Law, Ryan was part of the University's traveling Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. Upon graduation, Ryan earned an additional Advanced Certificate of the Study of International Advocacy and Negotiation from the United Kingdom's University of Reading. Prior to joining the Law Office of John T. Orcutt, Ryan practiced law in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure, and creditor rights, in North Carolina, Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Ryan holds a license to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina, Michigan, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ryan now focuses his daily practice on consumer bankruptcy, representing individual and business debtors. In his spare time, Ryan spends time with his wife Megan, and their dogs, Coleslaw and Rocket.
