American College of Bankruptcy Welcomes Ed Boltz as a Member of Its 37th Induction Class

The American College of Bankruptcy is dedicated to enhancing professionalism, scholarship, and service in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency law and practice. Its members include judges, lawyers, international fellows, accountants, corporate turnaround specialists, government officials, and other experts in the field, all of whom are selected on an invitation-only basis by the Board of Regents through the College’s formal nomination process. As part of its Class 38, the College will hold its induction ceremony in San Antonio on March 26, 2027, where Ed Boltz, managing partner of the law offices of John T. Orcutt, will be inducted.
