Great customer service

I had a great experience at the fayetteville office from start to finish. I went in scared and nervous, feeling like I was doing something wrong by not being able to pay my dept. Everyone one I spoke to made me feel that it can happen to anyone. Angie Rhodes is really special, kind, knowledgeable and has compassion, I was really a wreck at our first visit, but she was able to calm me down and explain everything in detail. I'm still not happy that I have to file, but it's the only way to one day be debt free.
