Congratulations to Attorney Ryan Srnik

The Law Offices of John T. Orcutt proudly congratulates Ryan Srnik on his formal appointment to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina’s Local Rules Committee.

Although Ryan had already been serving on the Committee, the Court’s September 9 order formally renewed and established his appointment as a Class 1 member through September 30, 2028. In this important role, Ryan will continue helping the Court review existing local bankruptcy rules, consider proposed revisions, and gather input from members of the bankruptcy bar and the public.

Ryan brings a valuable and well-rounded perspective to the Committee. Before joining our firm, he practiced as a mortgage attorney and contributed insight informed by experience representing creditor interests. His reappointment reflects both the quality of his work and the Eastern District of North Carolina’s confidence in the depth and breadth of his bankruptcy knowledge.
