Attorney Matthew Brennan recently wrote:
“…if the toxic mix of inflation, stagnant wages, supply chain issues, and increasing interest rates begins to eat away at your household savings, or even causes your debt balances to increase dramatically, you should keep the possibility of bankruptcy in mind.”
I agree that all of these issues are in play, with devastating effect.
It’s like a perfect storm, brewing to make an overwhelming hoard of new bankruptcies inevitable.
Where I disagree with Matthew is here: There is no “if” about it.
It’s not “if”. It’s “when” and that “when” will be the first months of 2023, starting when the bills come due after Christmas.
I predict it’s going to be a mess. Why?
Because no bankruptcy attorney’s office is staffed to double, much less triple their bankruptcy filings. There is just too much “red tape” involved and so much training involved in order to put new, competent attorneys and staff in place.
We bankruptcy attorneys will do our best to accommodate the demand, but you need to know this.
There is only so much demand we can handle.
My advice. If you have more bills than you can pay, don’t wait.
Don’t lose another minute. Get started now, so you are first in line.
If you wait, you lose.
Once we are filled to capacity, that’s it.
Don’t be one of the many families who gets “left out”.
Do you have more bills than you can pay?
If so, you need to get in to see a bankruptcy attorney NOW.
And when you do, you will find out:
You have nothing to lose.
The consultation and the advice are FREE.

P.S. We only service residents of North Carolina.
P.P.S. Please, please don’t fall for all the promises made by organizations that tell you to not file bankruptcy, organizations that make promises they cannot keep. Here is the truth: Others promise, but only bankruptcy delivers. Bankruptcy is the only thing that gets rid of debt with basically the stroke of a pen. Bankruptcy is the only thing that pits you in control, instead of the creditors.
P.P.P.S Check us out on Google. There’s a reason we have over 2,500 5-star Google reviews.
